Basic Terms and Conditions for SEO Services
Free Audit Terms: By agreeing to allow our consultants to audit your website you agree to periodic correspondence from our domain, These messages may be for service specials, offers or SEO tips. You are free to unsubscribe from these emails at any time you wish. We will never share or sell your information with 3rd party companies.
1. Services:
Rank Boost Pro is the vessel for a community of freelance SEO consultants that provides Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services to clients. The specific services offered will be outlined in a separate agreement between the consultant and the Client.
**2. Term and Termination:**
The term of service (“Term”) will begin upon the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the execution of a separate agreement. The Term may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party. The Company may also terminate the service for cause, including but not limited to, non-payment by the Client or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
**3. Fees and Payment:**
The fees for the Services will be outlined in the separate agreement between the Consultants and the Client. Payment is due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to late fees or service suspension.
**4. Client Responsibilities:**
The Client agrees to:
* Provide the Company with all necessary information and access to complete the Services.
* Cooperate with the Company in the optimization process.
* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the Services.
**5. Warranties and Disclaimers:**
The Company disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not guarantee specific results from its Services, as search engine algorithms are constantly changing.
**6. Limitation of Liability:**
The Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the Services, even if the person has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
**7. Confidentiality:**
We agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the Client. The Client agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the Company.
**8. Intellectual Property:**
The Consultant retains all ownership rights to its intellectual property used in the course of providing the Services. The Client retains all ownership rights to its content and trademarks.
**9. Governing Law:**
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
**10. Entire Agreement:**
These Terms and Conditions, together with the separate agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the consultant and the Client regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
**11. Amendment:**
These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the consultant at any time upon written notice to the Client.
**12. Severability:**
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
**13. Waiver:**
No waiver by the consultant of any breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
**14. Force Majeure:**
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or natural disasters.
